  Bought a new car 6 years ago and recently paid it off! Huge accomplishment for my family of 5 that I was very excited about! I recently received the loan release from my bank to have the title switched into my name. When I went in with the proper paper work and money ready, I noticed my name was spelled incorrectly on the old title. Even though they were going to print and mail me a new title they refused to fix my last name! They said it was my fault for waiting 6 years to address the incorrect spelling of my name and that I would have to pay for a new title on top of the 12.50 processing fee I was already there to pay!? The lady helping me was not friendly and seemed as though she didn't know what she was doing. She had to talk to the manager or someone hiding in the office multiple times to verify! The manager should have known better! Sad that it was their fault for spelling my name wrong, but because I filed my title in a safe spot and didn't look at it everyday I would have to pay for their mistake! Make it right lady! Rude and unprofessional bunch of folks here! They also took forever!..... UPDATE.... Its been 3 weeks and I still have not received my title (which was only supposed to take 3-5 days) now I have to go to another Tag Agency and pay the fee again to request another copy!!! WHAT A STINKING JOKE!!! This place is ridiculous! DO NOT GO HERE!

  Friendly, courteous, fast (depending on the crowd in front of you) service. Outstanding people work there. What more can one ask for? I think the secret to the negative reviews is, if you want friendly and courteous service, be friendly and courteous to the person serving you.

  Very rude staff. I went twice to renew my license. The first time I couldn't get it because I didn't have cash or a check. The second time I went in around 5:30 pm and with the staff watching me fill out the paperwork, told me when I went to the desk that they stop doing renewals at 5:30. There was no one else there and do not close until 6.... I will never go back!
