- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Friendly efficient customer service. The way they post transactions when we only use a debit card, no checks, is like we are writing checks every time. Something I may have bought yesterday may not be posted to the account until something I purchase tomorrow. It has taken almost a week for regular grocery store transactions to post to the account. So it can help you overdraft if you aren't careful. Each transaction that reaches overdraft is a $27.50 fee. That is why we didn't want to use checks. Should be able to swipe card then balance reflects charge immediately. They make all their money on overdraft fees. Bad business.By Mary Brazil, November 11, 2016
